VP Technology and Data - Asset Management

About the role

The Vice President of Technology and Data will lead the digital and data transformation for FAB's Asset Management division, shaping the technology roadmap and ensuring its execution across core systems and platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and technological solutions across core Asset Management systems, data platforms, and digital operations.
• Develop and implement the technology, digital and data strategy and roadmap for FAB Asset Management.
• Act as a change agent, advising leadership on emerging trends and digital ambitions.
• Develop IT and data policies and procedures.
• Design, operationalise and optimise the technology and data infrastructure for FAB Asset Management.
• Deliver on business KPIs and adoption targets for technology, digital and data initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align strategies and initiatives.
• Monitor regulatory standards to ensure compliance and superior customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technology and data roles within asset management or financial services.
• Deep understanding of IT systems, data platforms and enterprise architecture for asset management firms.
• Proven ability to lead digital transformation and implement advanced technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks affecting asset management technology.
