About the role
As a Waiter at Kaleidoscope, you will deliver high‑quality fine‑dining service, greeting guests, presenting menus, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. You will work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain consistency and address any issues promptly.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests, establishing a friendly and professional rapport.
- Present the complete food and beverage menu, explain promotional items, and provide specialist advice when requested.
- Monitor the consistency and quality of dishes and drinks served, escalating major concerns to management.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service flow in a high‑volume environment.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with courtesy and efficiency.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a waiter or server in a high‑volume restaurant.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong multitasking abilities and confidence when dealing with diverse clientele.
- Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
