About the role
Join the vibrant team at Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel in Dubai as a Front‑line Food & Beverage Waiter. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering courteous and prompt service in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide attentive, courteous service to guests in all food and beverage outlets.
- Maintain complete knowledge of menus, beverages, services and hotel facilities.
- Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure smooth and efficient outlet operations.
- Uphold safety, hygiene and privacy standards throughout the work area.
- Continuously develop professional skills to enhance guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
- Passion for delivering excellent service.
- Strong team player with good English communication skills.
