About the role

Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking a dedicated Waiter/ess for its In‑Room Dining team. You will deliver a high‑standard, private dining experience to guests in the comfort of their rooms, ensuring every detail meets the brand’s luxury expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the In‑Room Dining menu, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide menu suggestions, answer guest queries, and handle special dietary requests professionally.
• Serve meals and beverages with attention to presentation, temperature, and guest preferences.
• Collaborate with the F&B Supervisor and kitchen team to uphold service standards.
• Report any issues, guest feedback, or special requests to management promptly.
