About the role
Organic Pizza in Dubai is seeking a friendly and reliable waiter to join its full‑time team. You will work closely with kitchen staff, manage table turnover, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests, including specialty dishes, directly at the table.
- Take accurate orders for food and drinks and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Check in with customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any issues.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, reset tables, and assist with opening and closing duties.
Required profile
- Ability to stand for long periods and safely lift trays of food.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, busy restaurant environment.
- Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and the capacity to work well under pressure.
- Willingness to follow instructions, ask clarifying questions, and deliver top‑notch customer service.
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus.
