Waiter

About the role

The Waiter will deliver high‑quality service in a vibrant Accor restaurant in Dubai, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued. You will support the Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager in daily operations while maintaining a polished appearance and positive attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Set up the dining area according to meal settings and opening hours.
• Greet guests, present menus, make recommendations, take orders and handle payments.
• Seat guests and manage the hostess area, ensuring the entrance is never unattended.
• Maintain uniform standards, grooming and overall professional image.
• Assist the Assistant/Restaurant Manager with tasks and contribute to meeting monthly revenue targets.
• Participate in regular training on guest care, product knowledge, up‑selling and grooming standards.
• Perform basic cleaning, polishing of equipment, table setting and collect supplies from other departments.
