About the role

Join the vibrant team at Zabeel House The Greens in Dubai as a Waiter in the Lah Lah service area. You will deliver a warm, professional dining experience to guests in a dynamic, upscale environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus and recommend dishes and beverages.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions and daily specials.
• Set, clean and maintain tables throughout service.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests and resolve concerns.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in food & beverage service within a hotel, restaurant, resort or similar hospitality setting.
• Strong understanding of service standards and guest‑service excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse guests.
• Positive, energetic attitude and customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while paying attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using POS (point‑of‑sale) systems.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menu items.
