About the role

The F&B Waiter at ME Dubai will deliver courteous, professional, and efficient service to guests in the hotel’s signature Central Cosmo Tapas and Bar. Working in a landmark hotel designed by Dame Zaha Hadid, the role offers exposure to a dynamic hospitality environment and opportunities for growth within Meliá’s global network.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive table service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling guest inquiries and complaints.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, maintain cleanliness of service areas, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, upsell menu items, and support marketing and inventory activities while minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other sub‑departments, adapting to shifting operational demands.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with guests, colleagues, and management.
