About the role

As a Waiter at Saffron, the flagship restaurant of Atlantis Dubai, you will deliver exceptional service to a diverse international clientele. You will work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous service throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu, including daily specials and promotions.
• Monitor the consistency and quality of dishes and beverages served, reporting any issues to management.
• Assist colleagues with table settings, clearing, and coordination during peak periods.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience as a waiter or server in a high‑volume restaurant.
• Experience with buffet service is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
• Confidence interacting with a diverse clientele.
