About the role

Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth operation of the restaurant and overall food & beverage department.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maximise guest satisfaction and respond promptly to enquiries.
• Carry out assigned duties in a timely, professional manner, adhering to departmental plans and hotel initiatives.
• Assist in controlling costs and inventory while maintaining high productivity.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, promoting the company’s culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and internal audit requirements.
