Waiter / Waitress – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking dynamic, self‑motivated Food & Beverage professionals to join the Beach Rotana Hotel team in Abu Dhabi. As a Waiter/Waitress you will deliver professional, personalized service that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages according to the hotel’s performance standards.
• Greet, seat, and attend to guests in a discreet and courteous manner.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the outlet’s menu to advise guests.
• Monitor food and beverage quality throughout service.
• Handle customer queries and complaints promptly and satisfactorily.
• Uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards and maintain service equipment.
• Prepare the service area before, during, and after shifts (mise‑en‑place and mise‑en‑scène).
• Minimise waste, breakage, and spoilage.
• Utilise up‑selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high‑volume restaurant.
• Good command of English.
• Strong guest service and interpersonal abilities.
• Adaptability, customer focus, responsibility, teamwork, and attention to detail.
