About the role

Rotana Hotels is seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage professionals to join the service team at Park Rotana and Park Arjaan Abu Dhabi. As a Waiter/Waitress you will deliver professional, personalized service that creates memorable dining experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages according to the hotel’s performance standards.
• Greet, seat, and attend to guests in a discreet and courteous manner.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the outlet’s menu to advise and upsell guests.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, handling complaints and queries promptly.
• Uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards and ensure proper upkeep of service equipment.
• Prepare the service area before, during, and after shifts (mise‑en‑place and mise‑en‑scene).
• Minimise waste, breakage, and spoilage while maximizing revenue through upselling techniques.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high‑volume restaurant.
• Strong command of English and excellent guest‑service and interpersonal abilities.
• Hands‑on attitude, passion for people, positive demeanor, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail, adaptability, customer focus, teamwork, and responsibility.
