About the role

Join Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort as a Waiter/Waitress and deliver exceptional dining experiences in a world‑class luxury setting. You will work alongside a diverse team to ensure seamless service for guests throughout the hotel and room‑service areas.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with all departments to guarantee timely and efficient service delivery.
• Provide guest service that aligns with Anantara standards, hotel policies, and SOPs.
• Maintain professional grooming, personal presentation, and workplace discipline.
• Keep assigned stations clean, organized, and compliant with operational standards.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menus, food and beverage offerings, and service procedures.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and follow order‑processing procedures.
• Uphold guest privacy and security, especially during room‑service deliveries.
• Follow health, safety, and security protocols to ensure a safe environment.
• Perform room‑service duties, monitor corridors, collect used trays, and maintain service area cleanliness.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve skills and guest satisfaction.
