Waiter/Waitress – All Day Dining

About the role

Join the All‑Day Dining team at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah and become the face of hospitality for our guests. As a Waiter/Waitress you will deliver exceptional food and beverage service while creating memorable experiences that brighten each guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the captain or head waiter throughout service, staying ready to support the team.
• Promote in‑house sales by knowing all hotel F&B outlets, opening hours and current promotions.
• Prepare and maintain service stations: clean trolleys, polish cutlery, refill sugar dispensers, mustard pots, toothpicks, oil & vinegar containers, and ensure linen is stocked.
• Follow daily cleaning and restaurant closure plans, maintaining high standards of hygiene.
• Provide attentive, high‑quality service to guests, adhering to hotel policies and service standards.
• Support colleagues during peak periods and assist with waste‑reduction initiatives.
• Attend mandatory meetings, perform general cleaning tasks, and help security with disorderly guests when required.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.
• Strong awareness of hotel promotions and F&B outlet offerings.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
