About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer‑focused Waiter/Waitress to ensure guests enjoy a safe and pleasant beach experience at our Accor hotel in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests courteously on arrival and thank them on departure.
- Understand and respond to guest needs and requests promptly and professionally.
- Set up beach areas with sunbeds, umbrellas and towels, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance.
- Provide clean towels and manage beach equipment, including folding umbrellas each evening.
- Report guest comments, complaints and any suspicious or hazardous occurrences.
- Follow all hotel policies, service standards and safety procedures.
- Attend mandatory meetings and perform other tasks as directed.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
- 1–3 years experience in a 4‑5 star hotel environment.
- Confident English speaking skills.
- Currently residing in the UAE and able to join immediately.
- Experience working in a 5‑star hotel or relevant hospitality industry.
- Creative and passionate about food and customer service.
