Waiter/Waitress – Fire Lake Grill House

About the role

Join the vibrant Food & Beverage team at Radisson Dubai Damac Hills and deliver first‑class service in the Fire Lake Grill House. You will create memorable dining experiences for guests while working in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables and present menus, explaining daily specials and promotions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, input them into the POS system and serve promptly according to service standards.
• Upsell menu items, premium beverages and signature cocktails while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations and dining areas, following hygiene, safety and sanitation standards.
• Ensure billing accuracy and process payments correctly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel F&B outlet, preferably a grill house or bar.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and allergens.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Well‑groomed, professional appearance.
