Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus and answer basic questions about the offerings.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, checking back to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table setting and clearing.
• Handle payment transactions and process bills.
• Assist with basic food preparation when needed.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a high‑energy setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
