Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables and arrange seating for groups.
• Present the menu, explain dishes, and recommend items based on guest preferences.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, noting dietary restrictions or special requests.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, maintaining high service standards.
• Keep tables and dining areas clean and organized throughout service.
• Present checks, process payments efficiently and handle guest inquiries.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order preparation.
• Promote specials, seasonal dishes and beverage options to enhance sales.
