About the role

The Arts Club Dubai is seeking a professional Waiter/Waitress to join its luxury hospitality team in the heart of DIFC. You will work in a high‑end environment, serving members and guests with impeccable service and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Run a designated station during scheduled shifts, taking orders and delivering food and beverage.
• Accurately input orders into the Point‑of‑Sale system.
• Promote sales, build relationships with members and guests, and gather direct feedback.
• Liaise with the kitchen regarding order taking, stock levels, and special requests.
• Identify up‑selling opportunities for cocktails, wine, sake and other beverages in coordination with Bar and Sommelier teams.
• Handle minor complaints professionally and courteously.
• Prepare and ensure availability of all service equipment, crockery and cutlery.
• Minimise food and beverage wastage and keep the lounge area clean and presentable.
• Monitor daily checklists and complete opening and closing duties.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury hotel or fine‑dining restaurant.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and flexibility.
• Effective team communication and listening skills.
• Integrity, confidentiality and ability to work long shifts standing for extended periods.
