About the role
Join the EDITION Hotels team in Downtown Dubai as a Waiter/Waitress, delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages, set tables according to event type and service standards.
- Answer menu questions, communicate with the kitchen about orders, allergies, dietary needs and product availability.
- Record transactions in the MICROS system, present accurate checks and process payments.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware and complete closing duties such as restocking and turning off lights.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in throughout service and adhering to company safety and security policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related food and beverage service experience.
- Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 25 lb unaided.
- Professional appearance, clear communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the MICROS point‑of‑sale system.
