About the role

Join the vibrant Lah Lah service team at Zabeel House The Greens, a boutique hotel in the heart of Dubai. As a Waiter/Waitress you will create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive, friendly and professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and guide them through the menu.
• Present dishes and beverages, explain ingredients and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of daily specials, promotions and menu items.
• Set, clean and maintain tables throughout service.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests and resolve any concerns.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in food & beverage service within a hotel, restaurant, resort or similar hospitality setting.
• Strong understanding of service standards and guest‑service excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while paying attention to detail.
