Waiter/Waitress – Luxury Beach Club in Dubai

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join Nikki Beach’s beach club in Dubai. You will be the face of the venue, delivering warm, energetic service that turns a meal into a memorable celebration.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, and operate the POS system accurately.
• Present menu items, daily specials and make pairing recommendations.
• Upsell and suggest additional items using product knowledge.
• Serve food and drinks to tables and sunbeds, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain mise en place, including cutlery, napkins, condiments and menus.
• Keep your section clean, organized and ready for guests at all times.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests and handle complaints professionally.
• Support runners and colleagues to ensure smooth service flow.
• Complete opening, daily and closing duties consistently.
• Participate in briefings and training sessions.

• Friendly, communicative and service‑oriented.
• Confident in food, beverage and wine recommendations.
• Calm under pressure and able to multitask with a smile.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Professional appearance and high grooming standards.
