Waiter/Waitress – Luxury Hotel (Dubai)

About the role

Join the team at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR, a luxury hotel delivering authentic Turkish hospitality. As a Waiter/Waitress you will provide high‑standard food and beverage service, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain grooming standards and professional appearance at all times.
• Know guest preferences, update profiles, and exceed satisfaction levels.
• Present menus proactively, serve and clear food and beverage items unobtrusively.
• Follow opening and closing checklists to ensure smooth venue operations.
• Keep service stations stocked, adhere to HACCP and FIFO standards.
• Monitor restaurant financials, LQA and TrustYou targets daily.
• Report guest feedback and any issues through the Glitch system.
• Participate in briefings, training sessions and special projects as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a luxury hotel or fine‑dining restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
