About the role
Join the Food & Beverage team at Sofitel Dubai Downtown as a Heartist, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for guests in a 5‑star luxury setting.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with menu selections, providing detailed and helpful information.
- Maintain full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, menu items and preparation methods.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
- Support banquet and pre‑opening outlet operations as needed.
Required profile
- Experience in banquet or pre‑opening outlet operations.
- Ability to stay calm, courteous and focused on guest needs in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Team‑oriented mindset with the capacity to work collaboratively.
