Waiter/Waitress – Mediterranean Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join the Mediterranean restaurant at Andaz Dubai The Palm. In this position you will help guests enjoy an authentic Mediterranean dining experience while upholding the high standards of the Andaz brand.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience.
• Take orders accurately and recommend menu items, highlighting Mediterranean flavours.
• Collaborate with the culinary and restaurant teams to ensure seamless service.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, attend to guest requests, and handle payments using the restaurant POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
• Follow Hyatt brand standards and contribute to a memorable guest experience.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and genuine desire to create meaningful guest interactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum one year of experience in hotel or restaurant operations.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.
