Waiter/Waitress – Mini Bar & All-Day Dining

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join the food & beverage team at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island. You will be the face of our mini‑bar and all‑day dining outlets, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and memorable dining experience in a 5‑star resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate mini‑bar inventory and restock items promptly.
• Assist guests with menu and beverage selections, providing clear information and recommendations.
• Serve food and drinks according to the resort’s standards, ensuring safety and sanitation protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver timely service.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in mini‑bar or all‑day dining operations.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Team‑player attitude with good problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with mini‑bar inventory management.
• Understanding of safety and sanitation standards for food service.
