Waiter/Waitress – Pool and Beach

About the role

Join the hospitality team at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah and deliver memorable dining experiences for pool and beach guests. As a Waiter/Waitress you will be the face of service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well‑cared for.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the captain or head waiter throughout service, staying ready to respond to guest needs.
• Promote in‑house sales by maintaining thorough knowledge of all food‑and‑beverage outlets, opening hours and daily specials.
• Maintain cleanliness of service trolleys, pedestal tables, cutlery, and dining areas.
• Prepare and replenish sugar dispensers, mustard pots, toothpicks, oil & vinegar containers, and ensure linen supplies are stocked.
• Follow daily cleaning and restaurant closure plans, adhering to health‑and‑safety standards.
• Provide high‑quality food and beverage service, checking that service standards are met.
• Assist colleagues during peak periods and support waste‑reduction initiatives.
• Attend mandatory meetings and perform additional duties such as assisting security when required.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.
• Strong understanding of hotel F&B policies and guest‑service standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
