Waiter/Waitress – Pool & Beach Bar

About the role

Join the InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa team as a Waiter/Waitress for the pool and beach bar. You will help create memorable dining experiences for guests enjoying the resort’s beachfront setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑standard service to ensure every meal is memorable.
• Maintain a well‑stocked, clean and safe kitchen area.
• Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties when needed.
• Minimise waste and report any unsafe equipment, low supplies or safety incidents.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks to keep service running smoothly.

Required profile

• Ability to lift, push and pull objects up to 50 lb (23 kg), including bending and kneeling.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Compliance with local food‑handling and alcohol‑serving regulations; must be of legal age and fluent in the local language.
