Waitress – All Day Dining (Manava)

About the role

Join the All Day Dining team at Sofitel Dubai The Palm and deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a luxurious 5‑star resort environment. As a Waitress you will be the face of the outlet, ensuring a memorable dining experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the outlet for service, including mise‑en‑place, table setting and light cleaning.
• Take food and beverage orders, upsell where appropriate and record sales accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Serve dishes and drinks according to established standards and presentation guidelines.
• Clear tables, transport dirty dishes to the dish area and maintain a clean, orderly station.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned and adapt to special guest requests.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or established restaurant setting.
• Energetic, fun‑loving personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
