Waitress – All Day Dining (Manava)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Waitress to join the Manava All‑Day Dining outlet at Sofitel Dubai The Palm. The role involves delivering high‑standard service to guests in a luxury hotel environment, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the outlet for service, including mise‑en‑place, table setting, and light cleaning.
• Take food and beverage orders, upsell where appropriate, and enter them accurately into the point‑of‑sale system.
• Serve meals and drinks according to the standards set by the Food & Beverage Manager.
• Clear tables, transport dirty dishes, and maintain a clean work station throughout the shift.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Accommodate special guest requests and follow presentation guidelines.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant setting.
• Energetic, fun‑loving personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Fluent English speaker, currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.

Required skills

• Familiarity with food and beverage menus and service standards.
• Ability to operate a point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
