Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to all guests as a Hospitality Ambassador.
• Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure smooth, timely operation of food and beverage outlets.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, beverages, services, and hotel facilities.
• Uphold safety, hygiene standards and respect guest privacy at all times.

Required profile

• High School diploma.
• Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
• Passion for delivering excellent service.
• Strong team player with good English communication skills.
