Waitress – Luxury Private Estate in Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking a professional Waitress to join a prestigious ultra‑high‑net‑worth private estate in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional, luxury dining experience for the Principal and guests, reflecting the estate’s exclusivity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, efficient, and personalized service at all times.
• Serve food courses and beverages, arrange table settings, and present welcome drinks.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and room service offerings, answering guest queries.
• Update the Principal’s preferences and report directly to the F&B Manager and Senior Butlers.
• Ensure the dining area and reception rooms are clean and well‑maintained.
• Monitor stock levels of food, beverage, and service items.
• Record shift notes, hand over information accurately, and adhere to health, safety, and company policies.

Required profile

• Diploma from a recognised hotel school (minimum 3‑year programme).
• At least 2 years of experience in a Michelin‑starred, 5‑star restaurant, hotel, or luxury property.
• Fluent in English; additional fluency in Tagalog, Sinhala or Tamil is highly regarded.
• Professional grooming, positive attitude, and strong communication skills.
