Wall Painter

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Wall Painter to join our interior decoration team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality painting works on residential and MEP project sites, ensuring finishes meet project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out wall, ceiling, and finishing painting works.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling cracks and applying putty.
• Apply primer, emulsion, texture and finishing coats as required.
• Paint around MEP installations, ensuring neat cutting‑in around switches, sockets, doors, windows, skirting and pipes.
• Match and maintain required paint colour, shade and finish.
• Protect floors, furniture and equipment from paint splashes.
• Perform touch‑up and rectification works.
• Identify surface defects and report major issues to the supervisor.
• Mix and prepare paints, primers and other materials according to manufacturer instructions.
• Maintain painting tools and equipment in good condition.
• Follow site safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Keep the work area clean and maintain proper housekeeping.
• Coordinate with MEP technicians, supervisors, carpenters and other site workers.
• Complete assigned painting works within schedule and quality standards.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience as a wall painter or painter in construction, MEP, fit‑out or residential projects.
• Good knowledge of surface preparation, putty, primer, emulsion and finishing works.
• Experience working around MEP installations is preferred.
• Ability to achieve smooth, high‑quality finishes.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
