Warehouse Helper – Logistics Support

About the role

The Warehouse Helper will support the logistics team at AW Rostamani Group by ensuring smooth flow of materials within the warehouse. This onsite role focuses on receiving, organizing, and preparing goods for internal use and external delivery, helping to maintain high productivity and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect all incoming materials, reporting any damages or shortages to the storekeeper.
• Barcode each item, store them in designated locations, and optimise space utilisation.
• Prepare pick‑slips, verify items, and arrange material picking as instructed.
• Load and unload goods from vehicles under the storekeeper’s direction.
• Keep the warehouse and surrounding areas clean, orderly, and safe.
• Assist the storekeeper and Store Manager with cycle counts.
• Accompany drivers for deliveries when required.
• Handle company assets responsibly and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a helper, factory or warehouse role.
• Physically able to lift 15‑20 kg regularly.
• Good command of English and Hindi for communication.

Required skills

• Barcode scanning and basic inventory handling.
