Warehouse Logistics Manager

About the role

We are seeking a high‑caliber Warehouse & Logistics Manager to design, build, and run a technology‑driven fulfillment operation that scales with rapid growth. You will own end‑to‑end warehouse activities—from receiving and storage to picking, packing, dispatch, and returns—while partnering with last‑mile delivery providers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse performance, including receiving, put‑away, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch and returns.
• Develop, document and continuously improve SOPs, processes and operational standards to ensure accuracy, speed and efficiency.
• Manage relationships with last‑mile and logistics partners, monitoring delivery performance, costs and reliability.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to maximize use of data, automation, AI and predictive analytics in warehouse workflows.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy, establish controls for stock movement, discrepancies and shrinkage, and create forecasting and replenishment processes.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop warehouse teams, set clear KPIs and build a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Own and improve key metrics such as fulfillment accuracy, pick‑and‑pack productivity, same‑day fulfillment, on‑time dispatch, return rates and cost per order.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, eCommerce or supply‑chain operations.
• Proven track record managing high‑volume fulfillment environments, preferably in eCommerce.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory management principles.
• Hands‑on leadership style with ability to build scalable processes and teams.
