Warehouse Manager

About the role

uPay Payment Services LLC is seeking a hands‑on Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in Dubai. You will supervise all warehouse departments, ensure timely completion of installations, repairs, deliveries and maintenance, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities, including stock, machines, equipment, tools and spare parts.
• Maintain precise inventory records and document all stock movements, issues and returns.
• Supervise the warehouse team, assign daily tasks and monitor progress.
• Ensure installations, repairs, maintenance, deliveries and collections are completed on schedule.
• Inspect completed work and address delays, incomplete tasks or performance issues immediately.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, equipment usage and overall team discipline.
• Prepare Excel reports and share them with the Operations Manager.
• Take ownership of daily operations and report critical issues to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management or staff supervision.
• Strong people‑management skills with the ability to enforce accountability.
• Firm, disciplined, confident and capable of handling employee issues.
• Excellent organizational, follow‑up and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to take full responsibility for assigned tasks.
• UAE experience preferred; UAE driving licence is an advantage.
