Warehouse Operations Internship

About the role

Join Nestlé's flagship internship program in the UAE Food Factories and gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic warehouse and manufacturing environment. You will support logistics initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and learn how warehouse functions integrate with production, planning, quality, and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with warehouse teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to understand routines, systems, and performance indicators.
• Contribute to improvement projects focused on efficiency, standardisation, safety, compliance, or sustainability.
• Analyse data, identify opportunities, and support practical solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Participate in functional learning, coaching sessions, and regular check‑ins with an assigned mentor.
• Prepare and present project outcomes, recommendations, and key takeaways to senior leadership at the end of the internship.

Required profile

• Motivated student or recent graduate eager to learn in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.
• Degree or ongoing studies in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Interest in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
