Warehouse Outbound Coordinator – UAE National

About the role

The Warehouse Outbound Coordinator ensures that goods leave the warehouse safely, accurately, and on schedule. This role is responsible for coordinating outbound shipments, customs clearance, and related documentation while maintaining high safety and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end picking, packing, and staging of outgoing orders based on customer requirements and shipping priorities.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule and dispatch outbound shipments.
• Generate and verify shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, packing lists, invoices, and customs/export paperwork.
• Oversee customs clearance for bonded materials and keep data updated in the PWC system.
• Inspect shipments for damage, ensure proper packaging, and enforce warehouse safety protocols.
• Supervise, train, and monitor third‑party personnel to meet daily output targets and SLA commitments.
• Conduct pick audits, resolve inventory discrepancies, and address order bottlenecks.
• Operate material‑handling equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks.

Required profile

• Higher secondary education.
• 3–5 years of experience in a large‑scale warehouse operation.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP WM module.
• UAE‑licensed reach‑truck and forklift operator; light vehicle driver licence preferred.
