Warehouse Project Implementation Manager

About the role

The Warehouse Project Implementation Manager will lead the planning, execution and delivery of multiple warehousing and distribution projects for our clients in the UAE. Reporting to senior leadership, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure timelines, budgets and quality standards are met, and hand over operational responsibility to the Warehouse Manager upon project completion.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, charter and detailed project management plan, including schedules, resources and budgets.
• Develop activity sequences, estimate costs, and monitor progress against milestones.
• Lead and mentor project teams, hold members accountable, and remove obstacles to maintain momentum.
• Act as primary liaison between business users, implementation teams and customers, ensuring clear communication.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks to schedule, quality and scope; manage issues and corrective actions.
• Provide regular status reports to all stakeholders and ensure formal project closure and contract sign‑off.
• Apply agile methodologies to enhance delivery efficiency and support continuous improvement.
• Transfer operational responsibility to the Warehouse Manager and secure formal acceptance from the client.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of project management experience in large‑scale warehousing or distribution environments.
• Previous experience working for a third‑party logistics (3PL) provider.
• Strong ability to develop teams, manage stakeholder expectations and drive results.
• Proven track record of risk assessment, issue resolution and budget control.
• Excellent communication and liaison skills with both internal teams and external customers.
