Web Content Manager

About the role

Grovy Developers is seeking a full‑time Web Content Manager to lead the planning, creation, publishing and maintenance of website content across its digital properties. The role is based on‑site in Dubai and focuses on delivering brand‑consistent, engaging content that supports the company’s real‑estate business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end process of website content planning, creation, publishing and ongoing maintenance.
• Manage content calendars and coordinate with marketing, sales and project teams.
• Optimize site structure and navigation to improve user experience.
• Monitor web performance using analytics and recommend improvements to boost engagement and conversion.
• Maintain up‑to‑date content for current and upcoming developments.
• Ensure compliance with style guidelines and brand standards.
• Lead content‑related projects, timelines and deliverables.
• Support digital campaigns and landing pages promoting real‑estate offerings.

Required profile

• Strong abilities in Content Management and Project Management.
• Proficiency in Web Content Writing and Content Strategy.
• Experience with Web Analytics to track and improve performance.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and UX‑focused writing.
• Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, IT or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in real‑estate or property development is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment in Dubai.
