Web Developer

About the role

AFM Holding Limited is seeking a Web Developer to build and maintain responsive, user‑friendly websites across its diverse digital portfolio. You will translate Figma designs into functional sites, ensure high performance, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive websites from Figma designs and project specifications.
• Build and maintain sites using WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Create custom themes, sections, templates, forms, animations, and third‑party integrations.
• Optimize website speed, performance, security, accessibility, and technical SEO.
• Test sites across multiple devices and browsers.
• Troubleshoot bugs, layout issues, and integration errors.
• Work with APIs, CRM systems, analytics tools, payment gateways, and other platforms.
• Manage staging, deployment, hosting, domains, DNS, backups, and updates.
• Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaborate with designers, marketers, SEO specialists, and project managers.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor) for coding, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and code review.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and responsive development.
• Experience with WordPress, PHP and, preferably, Shopify/Liquid.
• Ability to convert Figma designs into functional websites.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub, APIs, hosting, DNS and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with Claude Code and Cursor for AI‑assisted development.
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals, performance optimization and technical SEO.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication and time‑management skills.
