Website Content & E-Concession Coordinator

About the role

The Website Content & E‑Concession Coordinator drives daily execution of online merchandising, catalogue management and content operations for the brand’s direct‑to‑consumer sites and marketplace partners. The role ensures product visibility, accurate content, and optimal inventory performance across UAE, KSA and regional markets, supporting both English and Arabic customer journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise category landing pages, seasonal merchandising, product tagging, collections and campaign content on Shopify.
• Update product descriptions, attributes and ensure consistency across English and Arabic versions.
• Maintain catalogue creation, audits and updates for e‑concession and marketplace partners using PIM systems and Excel templates.
• Analyse stock and sales performance, identify risks and opportunities, and coordinate replenishment, RTV and markdown activities.
• Collaborate with merchandising, supply and retail teams to align online and offline assortments and drive commercial excellence.
• Perform regular store visits to gather retail insights and feed them back to online strategy.
