About the role

As a Welcome Desk Agent at W Hotels Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure. The role focuses on multilingual guest service, handling check‑in/check‑out, responding to requests, and sharing local insights.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and register guests efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Assist guests in multiple languages (Russian, Italian, Spanish) with inquiries, reservations, and special requests.
• Process operational tasks such as reporting, billing, and coordination with other hotel departments.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized front‑desk area while adhering to safety and security standards.
• Perform physical duties including standing, walking, and lifting items up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Fluency in Russian, Italian, and Spanish.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle light manual tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
