Welding QC Inspector

About the role

Archirodon Construction is seeking a Welding QC Inspector to join its quality control team on a major EPC project in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will ensure that all welding and radiographic testing activities meet the project’s technical specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQ to define quality criteria for welding and RTFI works.
• Perform verification inspections of welding and radiographic testing to ensure compliance with procedures and client requirements.
• Participate in on‑site receiving inspections of welding materials.
• Prepare and review welding specifications, mix designs, and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
• Maintain strong understanding of welding testing standards and ensure proper documentation.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum five years of experience in O&G or large‑scale EPC projects in the UAE or Gulf region, preferably ADNOC projects.
• CSWIP 3.1 certification and ASNT Level II – Radiography Test Film and Interpretation.
• Fluency in English.
