About the role

The Wellness Experience Agent welcomes guests to the Spa & Wellness facility at Atlantis, The Palm, acting as the first point of contact across the concierge desk, email, telephone and reception. The role requires thorough knowledge of spa services, pricing, and boutique products to guide guests through reservations, check‑in/out, billing and personalized requests, ensuring a five‑star experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests warmly through all contact points, including the spa concierge desk, phone, email and reception.
• Provide accurate information on spa services, durations, pricing and boutique merchandise.
• Process reservations, check‑in and check‑out procedures, and ensure correct billing.
• Coordinate guest requests and movement within the facility, communicating seamlessly with spa colleagues.
• Handle sensitive personal and medical information with discretion and professionalism.
• Maintain a calm, approachable demeanor in a fast‑paced environment while multitasking multiple guest needs.

• Confident and personable with strong listening skills.
• Able to remain calm under pressure and manage confidential guest information without judgment.
• Methodical and systematic in processing information and coordinating tasks.
