Wellness Experience Agent – Luxury Spa

About the role

The Wellness Experience Agent is the first point of contact for guests at the Spa & Wellness facility of Atlantis, The Palm. You will welcome visitors, provide detailed information on services and products, and ensure a seamless, five‑star experience from reservation to checkout.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests through the spa concierge desk, phone, email and reception points.
• Accurately manage reservations, check‑ins and check‑outs, and process billing.
• Communicate guest requests and coordinate movements within the spa with colleagues.
• Promote spa services, treatments, and boutique products, answering questions about benefits, duration and pricing.
• Maintain a professional, approachable demeanor while handling personal and medical information with discretion.
