Wellness Instructor

About the role

The Wellness Instructor will design and deliver holistic wellness programs for guests at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR, a luxury hotel in Dubai. This role blends expertise in fitness, yoga, meditation and lifestyle practices to create memorable experiences that support guests’ physical, mental and emotional well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct group and individual wellness sessions such as yoga, Pilates, meditation, breathwork and stretching, tailoring each to guest needs.
• Provide lifestyle and wellness guidance, creating a motivating atmosphere that encourages participation across all fitness levels.
• Develop a diverse calendar of wellness activities, collaborating with Spa, Fitness and Entertainment teams to deliver integrated offerings and signature programs.
• Maintain wellness spaces and equipment, ensuring safety, cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
• Engage with guests, collect feedback and continuously improve the wellness experience.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience as a Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Recognized certification in Fitness or Personal Training; additional yoga or Pilates certifications are a plus.
• Pre‑opening experience is advantageous.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of fitness techniques, training programs and wellness practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to motivate guests.
• Organizational and time‑management skills, with high attention to safety and service quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
