Wellness Nurse

About the role

The Wellness Nurse will join Britnurse Home Health Care Center LLC in Dubai to deliver high-quality, home-based nursing care. Working on-site, the nurse will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and health assessments in home settings.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Operate and manage ventilators and perform cannulation when required.
• Educate patients and families on health management and lifestyle improvements.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists and other healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• Licensed Nurse with valid professional certification.
• Proven experience in ICU and emergency settings.
• Hands‑on experience with cannulation and ventilator support.
• Prior exposure to home‑based healthcare services (advantageous).
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance standards.
• Effective communication and patient education abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams.
