About the role
The Guest Experience Expert at W Hotels in Dubai delivers memorable, unique service throughout a guest’s stay, handling operational tasks, guest requests and local highlights.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs and complete reports.
- Address guest requests and share local area highlights.
- Move, lift and carry objects up to 10 lb while on your feet for extended periods.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
