Workforce Analytics Officer

About the role

The Workforce Analytics Officer will use advanced analytics and planning methods to optimise talent management, improve operational efficiency and support strategic decisions at Emarat. This role sits within the HR function and works closely with finance, talent acquisition and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the annual workforce budget aligned with the approved workforce plan.
• Monitor and control workforce expenditures, analyse variances and prepare reconciliation reports.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards covering turnover, nationalisation, vacancy fill rates and headcount trends.
• Source, clean and analyse workforce data for internal use, audits and cross‑departmental decision support.
• Conduct headcount forecasting and workload analysis to inform organisational design and staffing.
• Maintain accurate workforce structures in the HR system, updating positions, departments and reporting lines.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to track openings, validate hiring timelines and ensure budget alignment.
• Provide executive‑level reports and insights to senior management for strategic planning.
• Work with IT and HRIS teams to ensure data integrity, security and usability of analytics tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR or a related analytics role, preferably within the petroleum or energy sector.
